IQAir MultiGas GC Air Purifier is ideal for controlling allergens and odors as well as addressing the needs of those that suffer from MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity).The filter cartridges are reusable and contain 12 pounds of the media.These air purifiers lack a true HEPA filter so although it is not ideal for asthma and allergy sufferers, it still filters 97% of particles at 0.3 microns. The filter system in these air purifiers consists of the standard pre filter. The upper module contains four filter cartridges that contain gas phase media.
This air purifier is mainly used for customers with chemical sensitivity and to control tobacco smoke in the air. The MultiGas GC Air Purifier can control multiple chemicals such as acetic acid, isoprene, ethanol, hydrogen chloride, ozone, phenol and many more. This unit is the same dimensions and weight as the GC VOC and also comes with the remote control and six-speed fan.
