I think that the PowerLung is helps a great deal and doesn't take that much time out of my regular workout regime.  As a competitive swimmer, I do a lot to build strength, stamina, and cardio fitness.  The PowerLung isolates on just your breathing muscles and works a lot better than other products I've tried.
