The Stamina AeroPilates Pro XP 557 Reformer is designed for those who take home Pilates seriously.  In addition to an effective Pilates workout, the included Free-Form Cardio Rebounder allows for an effective cardiovascular workout as well.

The Aero Pilates Pro XP557 provides four levels of workout resistance so that you can perform over 100 Pilates exercises at the fitness level you need.  Also, this reformer is elevated 15 inches to allow for advanced exercises.  With the two included videos (AeroPilates Level 1 DVD & AeroPilates 20 Minute Cardio Workout DVD), you will learn how to use the machine properaly and effectively.

Adjustable ropes, straps, and handgrips are designed to fit any user. Also, the footrest adjusts to three positions, and the rails are five inches longer than standard reformers, to accommodate taller users. Commercial grade wheels provide the smoothest carriage glide available, so you get a safe and effective workout.

The Cardio Rebounder attaches at the base of the machine and functions like a trampoline/rebounder. The rebounder allows you to "jump" while lying down on the reformer, which provides a low-impact cardiovascular workout. This cardio workout is gentle to your joints and connective tissue, and yet allows you to reach and maintain your target heart rate as effectively as with a treadmill. You can turn your feet in or out to hit different muscle groups and reach hard to access thigh, hip, and waist muscles. The Rebounder is mounted and dismounted from the reformer easily.
