I have used an Ab Roller Slide for yrs.  My older one broke and I was heart broken!  I was unsure if they still made them and come to find out they do.  I had to order one right away.  The Ab Roller Slide is an easy workout for your abs and it only takes about 5 min to feel the burn in your abs, shoulders and back.  While using the Ab Roller Slide, I see results fast!
