The Teeter Hang Ups F5000 is our most economic inversion table option. While this is the base model with fewer bells and whistles, like all other Teeter Inversion Tables it is very easy to use and meets strict quality standards including UL certification. The F5000 Inversion Table offers a convenient and easy way to invert the body, providing a natural form of traction using gravity.

Use of a Teeter inversion table elongates the spine and decompresses weight-bearing joints. This helps to alleviate back pain by correcting minor misalignments, reducing nerve root pressure, and re-hydrates the discs. You can benefit from inversion at an angle of only 20 degrees. Results are fully realized at 60 degrees, which is the angle of the table’s rear legs. The F5000 inversion table also allows full inversion, which is a great way to mobilize the joints and perform sit-ups and squats while inverted.
