The Teeter Hang Ups F9000 Inversion Table is a great choice for those with back pain. By securing the ankle clamps with the knee-high ankle ratchet system, strain on the back is eliminated. The F9000 Inversion Table offers a convenient and easy way to invert the body, providing a natural form of traction using gravity.

Inversion elongates the spine and decompresses weight-bearing joints. This helps to alleviate back pain by correcting minor misalignments, reducing nerve root pressure, and re-hydrates the discs. Easy to assemble, easy to use April 20, 2007

This is a very well constructed machine.  The ratchet feature is worth every penny, and feels very secure.  I spent a lot of time looking at a lot of different tables, all the while making my chiropracter rich!  Finally, I settled on the Teeter and I wish I had it months ago.

I almost didn't buy the F9000, but I am really glad I did.  With the ratchet mechanism I don't have to bend all the way over to fasten my feet.  I've been using this every day since I purchased it, and I can really feel the difference in my back.
