Adding massage and heat? How could that be bad? It's not, of course, maybe just a bit lackluster. Still, I'd wish I had it if I hadn't ordered it. An added dimension to the time you set aside for doing yourself a service -- it's all good.

I am totally hooked on this wonderful addition to my inversion table. One of my friends, who also uses the inversion table daily, told me about this massager. Gawd, after I tried hers I had to have one of my own. Talk about relaxed!

I have never enjoyed a massage so much! No more do I have to pay someone else to give me a massage, I can do it in the comfort of my home. And the heat feature, oh man!

I like to use this product the best if I am just doing the inversion and relaxing.  It is comfortable and very relaxing.  If I am doing some of the exercises or stretches that the DVD provides information on, then I prefer to do those on the harder surface without the pad.  The table is comfortable either way.
