The Teeter Hang Ups DEX II Decompression and Extension Machine is a
forward-rotating, user-controlled inversion machine. Using the DEX II, Traction
is applied to the hip joints and spine, with no loads to the ankles and knee
joints.
This is a great option if you have weak knees or ankles
and can not invert on a traditional inversion table.
