No Hassle Return Policy
Our No Hassle Return Policy is simple and easy - if you are unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it within 15 days of your purchase. For details, read the policy below.

Important Note: Teeter Hang Ups Inversion products differ slightly from this policy.  Please scroll to the bottom to read more.  For all other products:

• If your item came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please contact us immediately.  If there is obvious damage to the shipment, please do not accept it.
• If you received the wrong product, we will correct the issue and pay shipping both ways.
• All items represented at Better Health Innovations are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.  If the product is defective, most manufacturers prefer or require that you contact them directly.  However, if you are not satisfied after working with the manufacturer, we can intercede on your behalf.
• We accept returns for 15 days from the date of the purchase, unless otherwise noted in the product description.  You are responsible for shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged.  If you'd like to return something, it must be unused, in the condition you received it in. It should also be complete with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• You must notifiy us that you would like to return your item. Please wait for our response. We operate from several locations, and need to provide specific shipping instructions for your return. As with all of our communications, return instructions are sent in a timely fashion. Products returned without prior notification will be subject to a restocking fee up to 15%.
• Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged.  This includes shipping costs associated with free shipping offers.
• All Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...).

IMPORTANT: We can not process or accept returns that are not authorized in advance. We operate out of several warehouses, and require returned items to be sent back to the correct location with the Return Authorization Number clearly identified on the package.  We will not accept delivery of returns that have not been authorized in advance.

For Teeter Hang Ups inversion products: You may use the product for 30 days and if you do not like it, send it back for a full refund (after contacting us).
