Shipping and Returns
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.  
Items are typically shipped either UPS or US Postal Service. Some products offer different shipping methods on their description page. While the majority our products are shipped from our Pennsylvania or Nevada warehouses, some are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

NOTE: "Free Shipping" offers apply only to the contiguous 48 US states.
Return Policy

Our No Hassle Return Policy is simple and easy

Important Note: A few products have a different return policy Please look at the bottom of this page for these exceptions.  For all other products:

If you are unhappy with something you've purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days from when you received it. For details, please read the policy below.

  • If your item came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please contact us immediately.  While we ship everything insured, if your order is damaged we prefer to replace parts rather than file a claim (it is a lot faster).
  • If you received the wrong product, we will correct the issue and pay shipping both ways.
  • All items represented at Better Health Innovations are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.  If the product is defective, most manufacturers prefer or require that you contact them directly.  However, if you are not satisfied after working with the manufacturer, we can intercede on your behalf.
Non-defective merchandise returns:
  • If you do not like the item, we accept returns for 30 days from the date you received it, unless otherwise noted in the product description. 
  • You are responsible for shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged.
  • If you'd like to return something, it must be unused, in the condition you received it in. It should also be complete with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions.
  • Non-defective items that are returned in used condition will be held for one week so you may arrange shipping back to you.
  • Shipping charges, including our shipping costs associated with "shipping included" and "free shipping" offers, are not refundable.  
  • 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

IMPORTANT: We can not process or accept returns that are not authorized in advance. We operate out of several warehouses, and require returned items to be sent back to the correct location with the Return Authorization Number clearly identified on the package.  We will not accept delivery of returns that have not been authorized in advance.

  • You must notify us that you would like to return your item. Please wait for our response. We operate from several locations, and need to provide specific shipping instructions for your return. As with all of our communications, return instructions are sent in a timely fashion. Products returned without prior notification will be subject to a restocking fee up to 15%.

  • All Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...).
Purchases made with our lease/financing services are NOT covered by this policy. Returns for purchases made with leasing or financing are covered by state law.  Note that you still receive the full manufacturer's warranty when leasing or financing.

For Teeter Hang Ups inversion products: You may use the product for 90 days and if you do not like it, send it back for a full refund (after contacting us).  No Restocking Fee.

For Needak Rebounders: You may use the product for 60 days and if you do not like it, send it back for a full refund (after contacting us).  No Restocking Fee.

For Thumper Massagers: You may use the product for 60 days and if you do not like it, send it back for a full refund (after contacting us).  No Restocking Fee.

For Tyent Water Ionizers: You may use the product for 60 days and if you do not like it, send it back (after contacting us) for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
